Navigating Every Atmosphere

“Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding…” Proverbs 3:5I just had the opportunity to try indoor skydiving. What a fun way to spend the evening! The indoor skydiving experience is a fun and safe way to experience skydiving for a moment. Both the novice and professional participant and must follow the protocol for optimal success. You are putting your trust in a guide who stays with you at all times, helps keep you in the proper position, and gives you instruction as you navigate the atmosphere from the moment you step into the whirlwind of air swirling and blowing all around. As you step through the door into the wind tunnel you enter into a free fall and your guide will help you assume the proper positioning. Your posture is key in order to navigate the winds and atmosphere of the tunnel, and once aligned you begin to move, in a state of rest, around the tunnel. At all times your trusted guide is there to help in case you get too close to a wall or out of alignment. After a few moments of turning and moving around the space, your guide grabs the handles of your suit and begins to maneuver you vertically. He is in complete control as you ascend and descend quickly and effortlessly within the atmosphere of the tunnel utilizing the force of the winds and air that are blowing around you at speeds of 120-150 mph. There is no fear, but complete joy and exhilaration! The space that was entered into was an opportunity to see by the spirit. In our daily walk, our trust is in our guide who is Holy Ghost and is ever present and helps us access everything in every space entered into. Positioned in Yahweh’s word and spirit, the winds may blow all around, but He will show us how they can be utilized and how to navigate the atmosphere with ease when we put our trust in Him. He will show us how to use the winds to ascend and descend, to rise with grace, and move in faith. In this place, the only way to navigate the whole space was BY the force of the winds. Without the whirlwind of air much of the tunnel would have remained inaccessible and unutilized. When we look for Him in everything the experience becomes a space that has opened to us, and every area in that space is valuable, nothing is withheld, and He will show us how to utilize what is there and how to access it all. If we will engage what is there with open eyes, open ears, and a willing heart we WILL lay hold to it all when we trust in Him with our whole heart and lean into Him- in the natural and by the spirit!
