Look How Far We’ve Come!
Luke 17:20-21
Being asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, he answered them, “The kingdom of God is not coming in ways that can be observed, nor will they say, ‘Look, here it is!’ or ‘There!’ for behold, the kingdom of God is in the midst of you.”
What a great time to be alive! It was so awesome to hear our Visionary on Sunday reflect on the journey of our house and to look back and see all the milestones that have led us to where we are today. Whether you have been with us for 2 weeks or 20 years, you are very much a part of something greater than yourself!
Now, we have been given an enormous opportunity to participate in the growth of our house, but it’s not about land or even a building. It has always been and will continue to be about people. Building the kingdom means growing our family and building new relationships. Yahweh has been so faithful to us, and He continues to provide the resources necessary to serve the families He has entrusted us with.
I would encourage you this week to reflect on where we have come from. However, as you may have noticed, we are a house who constantly look forward and move accordingly. We never stay in one place permanently and always want to know what the “next” is. Come along side us and help us build this family. So many people are out there and hungry for what Yahweh is doing. Let’s build!
