Springtime is Here
And he who was seated on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.” Also he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.” Revelation 21:5
I love springtime! Even here in Florida we see evidence in what most would consider a barely noticeable change, but there is a change. It is the newness, the life, and the growth. It is increase. Things that were dormant are awakened. What was still is now moving and active. What was quiet begins to sing. Yahweh God created the seasons of the earth and they are perfect. Perfect timing, the perfect length. They are neither long nor short, harsh nor mild, too much of this or too little of that. They are exactly as He created them to be, perfect.
Look with new eyes, and a new breath. As we have learned last week, do not just see, but be aware. Be conscious not just one going through motions. See what Yahweh is doing all around you, and be aware of the significance, His intent, and your part in it. Do not just see Him moving but engage, be right in the middle of it. If needed, let’s change our perspective from one who knows and observes what Yahweh is doing and become the one He is doing it in. This is an awakening, and it is a change that will make its mark IN us.
Newness and life are all around us, but let’s not just let it be ‘around’ us, let it be IN us. Building and growth, abundant increase are all around us- let it be IN us! Let this season where YOU are stirred by new life. Do not miss the moment (or moments). Be the one who begins to bloom and flourish. Be the seed that is breaking forth. Springtime is here!
