High And Holy Place
The high and lofty one who lives in eternity, the Holy One, says this: “I live in the high and holy place with those whose spirits are contrite and humble. I restore the crushed spirit of the humble and revive the courage of those with repentant hearts.”Isaiah 57:15
Yahweh is amazing. I love the breadth of this verse. It speaks to Yahweh’s incredible grace and ability to connect to every person. He is the Holy One, above us all, worthy of our worship, and He calls those who are lowly to be with Him. He is so generous to all of us, and being in His precious restores and encourages us. He has room for everyone!
I always consider when writing these that those who read could be in a myriad of different conditions. This verse is for you, whether you are at the top of the mountain or the bottom of the pit. Yahweh resides in His own place, and He calls you to Him. He is builder of relationship, and He knows what He created is good: you!
Today, answer His call to His high and holy place, and receive the goodness of The Lord.
