Well-Founded Hope

I recently heard the phrase “well-founded hope,” and it made an immediate impression on me! It speaks to the quality of hope and what that hope is rooted in. Hope that is grounded in Yahweh’s word is secure, and your faith can thrive in it. If there is a want or dream that hasn’t been blessed by The Father, then it is more like a roll of the dice.

When we have Yahweh’s word to shape our hopes and dreams, then we know that even the process is rewarding. The outcome may be different than what we thought it would be, but with His vision and direction, the journey is never wasted. That kind of hope always produces wisdom and blessing.

Never let your hope be empty or unfounded. Settle it securely in Yahweh’s word to you!
